Other Ingredients: Silicified microcrystalline cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
Directions: 5 tablets before exercise and/or at bedtime with plenty of water at least two hours after the last meal.
