DIRECTIONS: Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.

INGREDIENTS: Purified Water, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Stearic Acid, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Isopropyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol and Ceteareth-20, Glyceryl Stearate, Selenium Methionine, Allantoin, Zinc Aspartate, Progesterone USP, Lecithin, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Serenoa Serrulata Fruit (Saw Palmetto) Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Sodium Bicarbonate and Aloe Barbadensis.

DISCUSSION: Each full press of the pump provides approximately 10 mg of natural Progesterone. This Progesterone cream is formulated to contain 240 mg of Progesterone per ounce.
